Midea's service network is rated limited in our assessment. That means coverage in India is genuinely limited. Before buying, confirm that a technician serves your area and that replacement filters can be delivered to your pin code — an appliance you cannot service or re-filter is a poor purchase at any price.

Before ordering any purifier, call the brand's customer care, give them your pin code and ask two questions: is there a technician covering this area, and how many days does a filter-change request typically take? Then ask for the AMC price in writing. That five-minute call prevents most of the regret in this category.

  • Raise service requests through Midea's official website only — https://www.midea.com/in/support. Third parties advertising "authorised Mideaservice" frequently have no brand relationship, charge more and fit non-genuine parts.
  • Always insist on a ticket or complaint reference number, and note the promised response window.
