Cruise's service network is rated limited in our assessment. That means coverage in India is genuinely limited. Before buying, confirm that a technician serves your area and that replacement filters can be delivered to your pin code — an appliance you cannot service or re-filter is a poor purchase at any price.
Before ordering a Cruise AC, get two things in writing from the brand or dealer: what the free installation actually includes (copper pipe length, outdoor stand, wall core-cut), and how many days an installation and a first service visit take in your pin code. In May and June every brand's installers are booked out, and an AC delivered in a box is worth nothing until it is on the wall.
