Quiet and no irritation
Ceramic blade genuinely stays cool, which I did not expect to notice but do. Very quiet compared to my beard trimmer. Would prefer a two year warranty at this price.

The BLO exists for exactly one job, and building a device for one job usually beats adapting a general-purpose one. Ceramic rounded-tip blades, IPX7 waterproofing, a deliberately quiet motor and a guard set that starts at 2 mm rather than 3 mm are all choices made for intimate grooming specifically, and they add up to a machine that does this better than any attachment in a multigroom kit.
The ceramic blade is the differentiator worth understanding. Steel blades heat up under sustained use, and heat on already-sensitive skin is a large part of why long body-grooming sessions become uncomfortable. Ceramic conducts heat far less, so the blade stays cool. It is a real advantage, not a marketing claim.
